I've never tried Imitrex. However, I have been taking one, 12.5 mg tablet of Vioxx daily for the past 18 months and haven't had any CH attacks during that time. I'm a chronic sufferer for 21 years so Vioxx has been a miracle for me. (Vioxx is primarily prescribed for osteoarthritis--which I do not have.) Talk to your doc. It might work for you too. I pay only $20, with insurance co-pay, for 30 tablets/month. Best wishes.
