Christ! If I quit smoking & it triggered a CH I would be back on the butts in a FLASH! Smoking is what keeps me going. How can cigarettes be the cause of a CH?? I'm on a 2-yr. cycle (soon to invading my life this fall again, sad to say. I have never quit smoking during my 6-7 week CH periods. Go figure! Katharine
