One thing you might want to try first is going to the "Where we Live" button at the left side of this home page.
I noticed there are 35 people listed there from Georgia, 3 of which are from Atlanta. Some of the other locals may be near enough that they too might travel to Atlanta to see a specialist?
Their names are linked to their e-mails and that's where I'd start. It be great if you could get a recommendation first hand from another CH victim.
I looked up "Find a Neurologist" on the internet, and only found a few listings through a sponsored network in Atlanta. I wasn't too impressed by what I read, and none of them mentioned CH as a specialty, in fact, they didn't even mention it at all.
I've only been on the Imitrex Nasal for about a month now, so I can't help much there, I'd be interested in hearing that answer too.
I've also started using oxygen, and this has been a great abortive for the lesser attacks. I would talk to your doctor about that, if you hit the oxygen right away, it stops many attacks before they get going.
The prevenatives are hit and miss, what works for some, doesn't do a thing for another. 5 years now, many drugs, I still haven't found a prevenative that works for me. But will keep searching.
Try those folks in the "Where we live" section, they may be able to steer you in the right direction pretty quick.
