I too suffered daily for 21 years with the beast until 18 months ago when my doctor put me on Vioxx for a shoulder problem I was having. (Vioxx is prescribed for osteoarthritis which I don't have.) In about a month the shoulder cleared up and I noticed that I didn't have any CH attacks during that time. My doc let me stay on the Vioxx to treat CH (he's familiar with my CH history) and I haven't had any head pain since and no side effects from the Vioxx. I take one, 12.5 mg tablet daily--that's it. Please talk to your doc, it might just work for you.
