a headache can be a warning that something is out of whack elsewhere in the body. If you haven't done so already, I would suggest getting a complete physical to try to track it down. Meanwhile make sure that your diet is okay, and maybe try melatonin and/or valerian (a natural herb, not to be confused with valium) for sleep instead of vicodin. Hope you get it licked soon.
