and I know it is hard when you wake up and the beast is kicking your ass..but look at some of the preventatives like verapamil and topamax and lithium which will not take control of your life like narcotics will..spoken by a true Rn who works in the drug and alcohol detox field..email me if you want to and I will share some of my experiences..smiles, nancyc
