It has been one week..shadowing...no preventatives..took 1 Zomig but think I could have made it without one. Have had alot of fear and I have had to work on this. Just wanted to say thanks to my family..I have received so many emails, plus phone calls and even mail from you guys out there pulling for me. I refuse to give into this fear...dealing with it one day at a time...Just love watching the beast hang on my chandelier. He is really pissed to see me dancing alone at nite.
