Anyway, I do not usually seem to have many sinus problems. At least not until I am having a CH. So I cannot say which meds do or do not elevate one's blood pressure...
Thanks for your suggestions about meds because I am looking for something that helps and is over the counter and non-narcotic. That's my particular med mission I reckon. I have a list of stuff I've written down that people have posted. Thanks for the suggestions. They might help :)
If you are still around (wherever that is :) go ahead with your 'weird technique' that helps. Anytime someone has something like that to relate, it helps everyone on the board.
