My wife and I usually hold hands and don't hesitate to kiss when we're out and about. She has her own much more serious private battle - kidney failure, dependance on peritoneal dialysis, awaiting a second transplant. (It puts my piddling CH affliction into proper perspective.) Heartfelt expressions of love and affection are an important aspect of our mutual support system. Some folks may think that our antics are funny, but they just don't understand.
