I think it's definitely connected. I have been doing much better with my headaches (up until last week) since my husband and I moved to the desert. We were living in Seattle where you only see the sun a couple months a year. I've also noticed that the "relaxation" connection. During the week I'm okay and then on the weekends it hits. My husband thought it was connected to caffeine, since I drink coffee at work during the week but not on the weekend at home. My doctor had me go off caffeine completely for a while and it didn't change a thing. Anyway, this is my first visit to this support group and it really made me feel good to know there are others out there who know the pain.
