I don't see a connection between climate and the CHs---at least with myself. My CHs started in beautiful Hawaii over 10 years ago. I now live in cold, upstate New York, where the winters can be a killer! No difference in when the CHs come, or their severity. Personally, I still feel stress is a factor in my case, although I know most people feel otherwise.
