There have been some that don't pace, bang, hit, etc. We are in the minority. Most have to move around. I can't do it. It feels like my brain is banging against the inside of my skull, making the pain worse.

One qualification. I can't lay down. Tried that but the pain is much worse if I lay down. Have to sit in my chair, elbows on knees, head hanging down. I look like the sidline pictures of pro football players sitting on the bench at the end of a game they're loosing. In fact I too feel like I'm loosing the game when I'm getting hit.

I've been hanging around the site since December(the start of my last cluster). It ended the beginning of February but I can't leave the site alone. Once you've felt the pain, you can't help but want to aid others that have it.

I'm also a 30 year sufferer. Usually 1 year remissions, for the past eight years it's been two year remissions. Getting close to 50 y/o now so I'm hoping I'll outgrow them. What a blessing that would be.

Best wishes,
Bob Pahlow

PS: I really love you guys!
