Shadows - great word. I have a dull ache almost all the time too. I have CH every day so i am never out of a cycle. Less common are the "stabs" - the sharp pains in the eye; the "wriggles" - feelings like a spider eating it's way along the inside of the eyebrow; or the "dentists drill" - self explanatory. Why do people expect all our pain to be the same?
