Doc greg's comments about Horner's syndrome applies to me completely, and it takes a while for the CH side to "tone up" after a prolonged cluster bout

ABSOLUTELY physical differences between the two sides for me

one thing I've noticed is the hearing in my CH side is diminishing steadily, and the ear canal seems to be contracting - with no identifiable environmental reason that would predict onesided change like that; I suspect this may be a cumulative result of the 1000s of trauma incidents - that's what a CH attack is, in a way
