Get a scrip from your Doc for O2, then take it to a "home" medical supply. Don't know where you are, but usually the respiratory therapy ones have it handy.
I was lucky, I have a neighbor who is a resp. therapist and runs a home therapy shop. The original setup was about $350 (or rental of about $50 per mo). I went ahead and bought the rig and she's never charged me for the O2. That's a friend.
But in answer to your question. YES, you can get a home set-up and should.
