Load up on Kleenex (get the cold cream ones - they don't make your nose as sore). NasalCrom (OTC) works pretty well to help clear up the sinus, but nothing is going to work too well. But the sinus congestion goes with the CH. Don't know why - it just does.
I've also used a vibrator between my eyes and on my sinus to try to break something loose. Didn't help much but gave me something to do until the meds worked on the headache.
Wish I had something positive, but.....
