I will say that the way I handle the clusters differs when there is stress or something else like an illness going on (once i had a urinary tract infection and the very worst clusters of mylife. I feel much worse the next day thanif I just kind of go with the flow and accept I haven't had any sleep for some time. But the fact that I can get rid of the next day headaches has made life much easier. Not perfect but better.
