I also suffer incredible sinus congestion with CH and decided to work on it as well. I discovered that when I took heavy decongestants along with the regular meds the CH abated faster. Then started taking round-the-clock decongestants which seemed to lessen the severity from regular 9-10's to 5-6's. Also used the shower, very hot, all over my head and neck while I waited for the meds to work. Now taking Verapamil time release and have only had 3 minors in 3 weeks which Maxalt aborted immediately. Good luck my friend.
