I've used the spray because it was covered by my insurance. They do not cover any injectables! NONE! My cycle has been over for some time now. The 20mg spray works the best but the number of times a day that you can take it is limited (like that has ever stopped us when we have these monsters) I started on the 5mg dose when I was using more than 3-4 a day, and at the same time was taking Neurontin and Verapamil. I think the combination helped decrease the number of CH I had a day. I was having 4-5 thn went to 3. The nasal spray does taste bad but if you don't tip your head back it's better,less drip. Compared to the pain the taste was tolerable. Good Luck
