is probably very doubtful
it's natural, and the basic American medical approach, to always look for a simple, external cause for everything that can wrap it up neatly - sorta gee-whiz medicine - that's how we're trained to think
unfortunately - just doesn't seem to apply in CH
1..be SURE to go to the main title homepage, and get into the long article DJ has available re: CH
it's absolutely the best info I've seen in 28 years of CH - not perfect, but better than all the rest
2. use th search feature & check out the posts re: oxygen; CLOSEST to a universal answer yet for attack relief - again not perfect, not always, but VERY high success
