I don't know about you , but whenever I stare at the screen for too long , I can feel a shadow CH coming on .
When I write email , I can choose the background to my liking , usually a black background , and light neutral text, ( light blue or green ) . The I can write email for hours . I don't seem to have a choice with my web browser . M Explorer 4.0
It's no secret that we are sensitive to light , ( no vampires here :) ) So , what would you say if we made this site CH friendly ??
I find that a black background is good , or a dark green background , and we can haggle ove the choice of text .
Any suggestions ??
