They have had me on 20mg 3 times a day for a couple of weeks to break the cycle.
The taper is then very gradual using 5mg. tablets toward the end. I tried just 20mg
twice a day this round, and had several devastating breathrough headaches. Now
back to the 20mg 3 times and oxygen also. Best of luck, Rich
