Hi Ed, I am 44, my cluster deal is around 14 years now, I have gone back and forth between chronic and episodic, last year was a real bad xxoooxxxoooxxx kind of year for me january 1 / late september. Don't know for sure why I am still here, probably had alot to do with the super neet people on this site, kicking me in the but, but to answer your question for me they have never been the same, always reral bad or not so bad. I might also mention that I have never found any triger, except alchohol during an active cluter perion. Any other time it has no effect on the clusters, because there not there.
