Hi everybody,

After my last post about my returning CH I discussed all the comments with my doc. We decided to go for the Verapamil slow release, 480mg/day. After three days, this made the attacks milder. They're not gone, but absolutely not what they where. The pains are down to a level that is bearable, last week went by with only three attacks that needed medication, imigram did the trick. O2 also worked on those three attacks, but they came back within 30 minutes. The other attacks, three to four a day, are mild, and I can "think" them away. They last 30 minutes max, I just sit down and close my eyes, concentrating on nothing.

So, considering my fear that the beast came back like some weeks ago I'm not really unhappy. Could be better though, since I have more and more problems concentrating and have problems with my sight since a couple of days, seeing black spots in the painside-eye which make it difficult to read or watch TV and so on.

Thanks again for the help! Wishing you all painfree days, Rob.
