Why don't we just take it one step further and add to the standard clusterhead profile and say this: "Predominantly type A personality, hazel eyes, pock-marked skin, males named Bob". Maybe THEN the powers that be will see how ludricrous it is to stereotype something that isn't even recognized by the "professionals".
