Very good advice Gary. I am trying to come to terms with my latest attacks.
Prayer and leaning on the Lord in my faith helps me a lot too. I did not
have a strong walk of faith during my last attacks. I think I am doing much
better this round, though still hard to deal with. No serious suicidal thoughts
this time!!! This is definately down from the 100% negative of my last bout.
