if its Canadian let me know by e-mail or here if you like, and i will try to find as much info as can because it could help me also my doc has mentioned medical release to me also and i could be doing us both a favor.if i can help i will surely do my best. A lawyer might be an answer.
try to find a way to put the blame on them for causing the c/h. a friend has a very good friend that is a lawyer he said that is one angle he would look at.(something to think about make them pay if you can)
