I'm not just saying this because I'm biased; I do think Ann Arbor would be a great place because the Michigan Head-Pain & Neurological Institute is here. Or Chicago because of the Diamond Clinic. Maybe we could get one or the other clinic involved?
I don't think I'd be able to make it if it's not in the Midwest, because I'll be a poor flat broke full-time student at that point, if we're talking August of 2000. We'll see.
