It may be worth trying the newest combo for a couple of weeks to see
if the headaches lessen or lighten up at all. It you can not break the
cycle by trying different meds, I've heard of some more drastic measures
for chronic cases. You may be able to find info on these by searching
the archives on this site. One is histamine desensitization. This is
hospitalization and histamine injections to provoke/burn-out the attacks.
As I understand it, if you can find a place to do this they will keep
you medicated for the week or 10 days to complete the process. Also
there is something call nerve block injections or at the most extreme
is surgery to the trigeminal nerve in the face, sometimes complications
like numbness with that one I think. Good luck to you! Hang in there we
all know how bad this gets, especially with multiple daily attacks. It
