I have found a combo of med`s is what work`s for me. I have also just had my doctor put me on a sleeping pill for night just like the one you was talking about. Having to change doc`s has to be hard. Once one finally get`s to know you you have to change an start all over again.
Have you tryed the water? I have found this does work. The only draw back is you wake up and have to go pee. You dont wake up with the HA. So I think it`s worth it.
