Lookin good!
Maybe include some pain meds and effectiveness, EG: Stadol NS, Demerol, Darvocet, etc.
Also maybe some alternatives tried, EG Acupuncture, Biofeedback, yoga etc.
Tempted to suggest some less than legal attempts, but we would probably want to steer clear of those.
Two last things, meds that worked and then stopped, and combinations.
I think this will be a great addition,
