Sorry to hear you're having such a rough time with the Beast. Are you on any meds or under the care of a doc? Do you have a supporter at home?
Keep reading the messages here on this board, maybe you can hit on something that will work. The water treatment has helped my husband immensely - do a search on water and you will see that this does work for some people, but not for everyone. He also uses oxygen, gravol/dramamine and ice packs. He has been a sufferer for more than 20 years and although he's been to Hell's doors, he always comes back. You clusterheads are the strongest group of people on earth and you WILL survive it because you WILL set your mind to do so. The Beast cannot kill you unless you let it. You hold the fate card. You are in control - don't forget that.
Please know, though, that you are NOT the only one with these thoughts but please also know that you have found the best possible place for therapy - right here on the Board. I firmly believe that the people here have more experience and more suggestions than most doctors. And, more love and support than you will ever find in a clinic!
