One day at a time sometime`s is the only way we all get through it. Exspecially when the demon is already knocking in are head`s.
I thought for the longest time my husband was trying to poison me. I wouldnt let myself beleive that a person could go through this pain naturally.
Depression is a #1 sign of CH. This board is a big outlet. You can also get something from the doc to help get you out of those slump`s.
