I have been using Migrannal for about 9 mos now. I find that it works occasonially. It dosen't seem to work all the time. If I can take it at the very onset of a migraine, it works o.k., but not so well if the migraine is already underway. Like when they wake me up in the middle of the night, to late. I find if I switch between Imitrix and Migrannal between episodes they work better. But I must wait atleast 24hrs between taking the other. I get migraine headaches 3 to 4 times a week with little relief.
