These are just a few thoughts: would it be helpful to include areas of interest/hobbies/carrerrs? favorable or non-favorable response to hot versus cold (heat pad vs. ice pack)? geography? triggers and a rating system like always, often, rarely? Remember the website Steve somebody had in the past (we have or have had a link to it) that included IQ? This is a wonderful idea & you've done excellent work with it so far. Maybe if we can identify commonalities (other than the agony) it will help in finding the cure.
