Well...after two nights of blissful sleep, after three weeks of attacks, last night I was again reminded of my suffering.
I awoke to that familiar pain about 12:15 a:m and proceded to pace, bang, pinch, massage...myself until about 2:00 a:m!
I found if I take Ibuprofen Fast at the onset, they are a " little " less severe. I found that predding my fingers hard aginst my nose and sinus area woith great pressure, sometimes releives the pain a bit.
I am sure everyone here has tried that special trick they tried for a litle relief.
I am getting tired of these blasted headaches, and increasingly tired of people's insensitivity to them.
I find my co-workers don't really believe me, and even my partner has little understanding of my pain.
Oh well...could it be we are" Chosen " as martyrs and will go on to greater things in another pain free life!
