Hello Bill,
Before my cycle started end of january I woke up several times at night with my 'starting point' (it's in my mouth) to get sore.
However, just siting up ended the episode in a minute. After a few day I had real (but light) attack before going to bed, so the
first thing next morning was ordering the oxygen gear.
I hope, your experience will not be the start of a new cycle
