I know the feeling. My doctor is really good about working with me over the years, but he said something once that has stuck with me. One of the hardest things to determine is whether a particular CH therapy really worked or not. There's no way to tell if the medicine helped or if it was just the natural time for the cycle to end or change its character. Statistically, the preventive medicines work in general. Individually, we just can't tell!
