I am a CH suffer of 25 year`s. Until I came to this board I didnt really realize what other spouse`s and loved one`s where feeling and going through. People like you that live with someone that suffer`s with CH dont realize how important you are. Granted most of us when where in the attack of a CHer do not express how much we know you are standing behind us.
For some it`s hard to to tell even after the attack.
I can only tell you what I know. My husband learned to just leave me alone. Give me my knock out drop`s and dont dare open that bedroom door. The CH demon has away of turning us into little demon`s. After word`s I would alway`s feel bad. It took my family awhile to see I meant what I said when I would tell them to just leave me alone. After awhile thing`s got a little better.
Some CHer`s want someone there other`s dont. This is something you will have to talk to you hubby about. This way you know and you wont have the quilt. This board has people on it just like you. They will happily tell you anything you want or need to know.
