Sadly we all understand exactly what you're going through. You ARE NOT alone anymore. You are NOT crazy. Or any of the other stuff that someone with CH might tell you. We've all been to that point.
Stay with us. The fastest thing to stop the pain is probably Imitrex injections. OTC meds don't work - think that's been established on here. DHE is good for breaking a cycle and there are a lot of preventatives - you just have to find what works on you.
O2 helps most of us. Until you see a neuro, you might try drinking lots of water (re: Dr. Jerry's water cure).
Now see, I've already got you busy for the next week or two! Go to the neuro with literature (if you've read the posts you know what I mean.) Don't try to remember them - take printed copies with you and ASK questions and TELL him what you want to try.
