I don't know how much help it is to see a neurologist
seems to me you're paying alot for a specialist who,
while he knows what you're talking about, doesn't have any
answers either. So it's just as good to find a GP
or internist who can prescribe Oxygen, Imitrex (which
insurance companies are loath to pay for), or
something else. Just my 2 cents.
