Sorry to hear everything is so Sh***y for you right now. If you don't get the size of response you need in e-mail, how about just printing out some of these posts....there have been so many. Elaine, Lee M., Carl and countless others- their posts were heart wrenching and it might just help if you bring those to the "authorities".
