Wow, this is something I never thought could happen!

It seems that I am changing my CH from chronic to cycles!
My doc is on a vacation right now and the one doing the job during that time was only bothered by me to get a new prescription on Imigran (Imitrx) injections.
So I will have to wait and see what happens and talk to my doc when he is back.

But since I tried to cut down on the verapamil I had shadows all the day, just as if the monster was there with a vengeance.
When the shadows started to grow less intense I did cut down the verapamil again and the same thing happened, shadows growing less intense in a few days.
No real attack happened during this time.
I did something risky then. I stopped the verapamil completely.
I had the Imigran just for the case that I would be hit again.
But there only where shadows and they wore down.
Some days there is nothing by now, on others there is a mild shadow.
Only thing I realized is that my left eye seems to be a little bloodshot from time to time.
Now I am off the verapamil a whole week and I slept like a baby every night.
Never had a break this long.

So now I hope I broke the chronic state of the CH and turned into cycles.
This way I get some months in the year that are free from clusters and free from medication.
That would be kind of a vacation :)

Wishing you a painfree time,

Lars
