I agree with you that when the word "headache" is attached to any syndrome, it trivializes the problem. When people ask me what is wrong with my husband if he is unfortunate to have strangers around him when he is attacked, I tell them he has Clusters and leave it at that. No one, as you know, knows what Clusters IS and it usually prompts them to ask. Believe me, when I am done explaining, they don't go away thinking he "just has a headache".
