You will also notice that the survey you are mentioning is located at the top of this page.....you must have found it while surfing. It was created by DJ, our founder and it has just become active over the weekend. We are all terribly excited about it and hope everyone participates and completes the survey. This will be wonderful ammunition in our continuing battle with the medical community.
Once again, without DJ - NONE of this would be possible. Awesome guy.
