You do what you can. Some people lead reasonable lives and some live a nightmare and lose everything they have.
As far as the TIA and any other hypothosis a Doctor states. Question him. Ask questions about as many things as you can. Because in the final analysis not enough is known. Ask the veterens, you have to find what works for you doctors cannot or will not committ the resource to give a definitive reason for CH.
