I jumped from 360 mg/day to 480 mg/day about 4 weeks ago. I have also been very tired at times and had an episode simular to yours where I experienced virtigo and nausua for about 10 hours, then felt week for about 24 hours. Like you I am going to stick it out, probably will get used to it. I still experience night sweating just like I am having a cluster and never sleep more than two hours without waking up.
