I've been on Verapamil for about 10 months now - it has tamed the headaches but I'm into the side effects - extreme tiredness being one of them. For me, whilst its a real drag, its better than having the headaches. Some days less tired than others and some days I actually feel GOOD, but not often. My best advice is to see how you go but it might be worth checking things out with your doctor. Wishing you lots of energy....hugs........maggie
