I don't know the correlation, but I began suffering from CH about three years ago. My first doctor visit was to the dentist, I had recently had some re-filling work done, and I thought it was the cause, he assured me it wasn't and after many different doctors (who were mostly unable to help, and lacked compassion), I finally was able to see a Neurologist who diagnosed.
I always get a weird sensation (almost like a vibration) in my teeth on the one side, before one of the clusters really starts sinking in. May be nothing, but I thought it was worth following up on.
