Amazing, this is my first day on the site, although been suffering with CH for about the last three years. The first "cluster" of them lasted about a month, and yes -- water (almost constantly) help tremendously. However, for some reason it seems that this bout with them, the water is not really making a difference. I have added a lot of water to my daily intake anyway starting about a month ago. the clusters started again yesterday; and although water is now such a habit, it hasn't helped at all. I wonder if it's because my body is more used to me drinking a lot of it (??)
